Dancing since the age of two, Rae is trained in Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip Hop, African, Ballroom, Musical Theater, Tumbling and Gymnastics. She is a 2013 Graduate of the Dance Teacher Education Program with the Dance Teacher's Club of Boston, studying teaching methods for Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Modern, Improvisation, Ballroom, Latin, Music Theory and Children's Dance.

In addition to teaching group classes and private lessons at local dance studios, she will continue her own training at Elite Feet Artists Company under the direction of Amy Trager-Tomes.

Rae is a current member of Subject:Matter, a Boston based professional Tap Company under the direction of Ian Berg.

Rae continues to participate in master classes, conventions and tap festivals to keep her training current in many diverse styles of dance education and performance.

TAP:

2012-2015 - Accepted by audition to Tap City's Pre-Professional Program in NYC. Training in residencies with Dormeshia Sumbry-Edwards, Michelle Dorrance, Lisa LaTouche, Sarah Petronio, Leela Petronio and Acia Gray

Rae served as a Company Captain of Aaron Tolson’s pre-professional tap company, Speaking in Taps, and is also a certified “Sole Mate” for Aaron Tolson’s Sole Power, A Tap-Fitness Experience!

Accepted by audition to TAP KIDS Summer Intensive July 2014 - 16 and Tap Kids Apprentice Workshops in NYC in 2015.

Assistant to Jason Janas at Radix Dance Conventions. Master Tap Classes at various venues with Chloe Arnold, Maud Arnold, Sarah Reich, Derick Grant, Jason Samuels Smith, Barbara Duffy, Brenda Bufalino, Ted Levy, Josh Hilberman, Aaron Tolson, Max Pollak, Sean Fielder, Nicholas Young, Jason Janas and many more!
